At Jacque & Audrey's, we take pride in restoring furniture with care and craftsmanship. Each piece is unique, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
 

Condition
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

Exclusions

  • Custom restoration projects (commissioned work tailored to your specifications) are non‑returnable.

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, neglect, or improper care are not eligible.

 

Return Process

  1. Contact us at Jacqueandaudreysinfo@gmai.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Refunds

  • Approved Returns: Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Partial Refunds: If the item shows signs of use or damage not present at delivery, a partial refund may be issued.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or not as described:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost.
